Job Responsibilities
1. Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
3. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
6. Conducting performance and wage reviews.
7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
8. Creating clear and concise reports.
9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
11. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
13. Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment
process.
14. Determining fair salaries and remuneration.
15. Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
16. Assisting with the performance management and review process.
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager.
2. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
3. Experience: 1-3 years.
4. Qualification: MBA.
5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
6. Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
